Our Commitment to You
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. This policy explains our approach to project cancellations and refunds. We believe in being fair and transparent, so you always know where you stand.
Project Cancellation
You can cancel your project:
- • At any time with written notice
- • Without penalty during the first 48 hours after project start
- • With reasonable notice for ongoing projects
We may cancel if:
- • Project requirements change significantly beyond original scope
- • Payment terms are not met
- • We're unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control
Refund Eligibility
✓ You're eligible for a refund if:
- • You cancel within 48 hours of project start
- • We fail to deliver agreed milestones without cause
- • We cancel the project due to our inability to deliver
- • The delivered work doesn't match agreed specifications
✗ Refunds are not available for:
- • Completed work that meets agreed specifications
- • Changes in your business requirements or priorities
- • Third-party service costs (hosting, licenses, etc.)
- • Work completed more than 30 days ago
Refund Process
Step 1
Contact us at craftpad.dev@gmail.com with your refund request and reason.
Step 2
We'll review your request within 2 business days and discuss any concerns or questions.
Step 3
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Step 4
You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Partial Refunds
For projects cancelled after work has begun, we calculate refunds based on:
- • Hours worked and milestones completed
- • Deliverables provided that you can use
- • Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf
- • Time spent on project planning and setup
We'll provide a detailed breakdown of any partial refund calculation.
Project Modifications
Before cancelling, let's talk about modifying your project. We can often adjust scope, timeline, or budget to better meet your needs. We're flexible and want to find a solution that works for everyone.
Intellectual Property After Cancellation
If you cancel
You own any completed work you've paid for. Incomplete work remains our property unless otherwise agreed.
If we cancel
You receive all work completed up to the cancellation date, regardless of payment status.
Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, we're happy to discuss it further. We can also use a neutral third-party mediator if needed. Our goal is always to find a fair solution.
