How We Work Together
Project Scope
We'll clearly define what we're building together before starting any work. Changes to scope can be discussed and adjusted as needed.
Communication

Deliverables
We'll deliver working software in stages, allowing for feedback and iterations throughout the process.
Your Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
Once you've paid for the work, you own the final product we create for you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and use any general knowledge or techniques learned during the project.
Limitation of Liability
We're committed to delivering high-quality work, but we can't guarantee that everything will be perfect or that your product will achieve specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for our services.
Dispute Resolution
If we ever disagree about something, let's talk it through first. Most issues can be resolved with good communication. If that doesn't work, we'll use binding arbitration to resolve any disputes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll notify you and give you time to review the changes before they take effect.
